We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, normally within five working days. During the busiest spring and early summer months despatch may be delayed for up to ten working days.
If you have placed an order with us, please allow ten day to elapse before contacting us.
You will receive an email confirming your order, and you will also receive an email when you order is despatched. Unless indicated otherwise non-arrival of an order should be notified to us no sooner than two working days after you receive the email indicating that your order has been despatched. Please ensure you contact us as soon as possible after that time to alert us of non-arrival.
All plants are sent by the most cost effective means possible. For small packages this may mean Royal Mail first class packet with a normally overnight delivery.Larger items will be sent by courier on a 24- or 48-hour basis.
We will always select the best quality plants for you from our stock, and we will only despatch plants that we consider to be in excellent condition. However, if the plants do not match your expectations, or fail to grow, please contact us no later than 10 days after despatch.
Plants are living organisms with specific requirements to sustain their health. Once plants have left our nursery we clearly have no control over how the plants are cared for. We therefore offer a guarantee that our plants will remain healthy for a period limited to 30 days from despatch. If you feel your plants are not in good health please contact us without delay and in all cases no more than 30 days after despatch.
