Raised in 1897 as a cross between Cox's Orange Pippin and Wyken Pippin, Laxton's Superb is surely one of the truly great dessert appleas having stood the test of time so well. Vigorous and capable of heavy crop of sweetly juicy fruit with firm flesh and red/gold colouration.

Laxton's Superb can keep up to 2 months, with cropping in October. Flowering group 4. Grow in fertile, deep and moist soils in full sun. Final height on the MM106 rootstock will in the region 3-4m
